Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related needs
  • Follow airline-specific policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Collaborate with airline crew and other airport staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage passenger boarding and ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations
  • Provide pre-flight grooming and other services as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Previous airport experience is an asset
  • Flexible availability to work shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
