As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our estimators with various duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Qualify Customers: Welcome customers, determine their needs, and provide information on our collision repair services.
  • Support Estimators: Assist estimators with administrative tasks, such as data entry, and ensure accurate and timely completion of damage appraisals.
  • Communicate with Customers and Insurers: Maintain contact with customers and insurers, confirm financial arrangements, and verify accuracy of final repair orders.
  • Answer Phones and Manage Messages: Respond to phone calls, take messages, and direct customers to the appropriate staff member.
  • Coordinate Rental Vehicles: Arrange for rental vehicles for customers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Record Vehicle Details and Enter Data: Accurately record vehicle details and enter information into our database.
  • Schedule Estimating Appointments: Book estimating appointments in our online system and ensure timely completion.
  • Relay Important Information: Accurately communicate information between customers, insurers, and staff members.
  • Perform Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: College education or better preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
