Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication, deliver reports, and foster strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment on client objectives and strategies.
- Host weekly virtual meetings to summarize key performance metrics and campaign progress.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to maximize client success and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights to clients.
- Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
