As the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in driving the post-sales journey for our enterprise clients in the Central US. Your mission will be to oversee the seamless deployment and optimization of Apollo GraphQL solutions, ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Professional Services Engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, service delivery, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery of GraphQL API management solutions to our customers.
  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional business acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise software buyer dynamics and major industry verticals within the Central US region.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
