Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager position is integral to the customer engagement division of Granicus' Digital Services Implementation Team. This role is pivotal in assisting government agencies to develop valuable online services and improve their operational effectiveness through strategic experience management. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects across our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee large-scale customer projects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, providing insights on system performance and updates.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on client needs and project requirements.
  • Advise clients on enhancing their online processes, focusing on user experience.
  • Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgetary constraints, preparing reports for senior management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and status reports.
  • Identify potential risks in implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assess customer business processes to uncover improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Facilitate client training to maximize utilization of the AMANDA Product.
  • Engage in sprint planning and retrospective meetings, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support product delivery and client success.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in conflict management and influencing decisions at various organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle complex projects.
  • Experience in gathering product performance data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proactive, data-driven approach to project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate strategies and project statuses effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Canadian French, with the ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance from the Canadian Government.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing programs for high-touch clients.
  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Knowledge of city/county planning and land-use regulations.
  • Familiarity with the AMANDA product.

Compensation
Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000, plus bonuses and benefits.
