About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our Buildings team in Toronto, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of project delivery through all lifecycle phases
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, design drawings, and specifications
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer and professional development within the team
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or technologist certificate in engineering or architecture, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in government-led projects, with a focus on DND projects and multi-discipline design
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
