About the Opportunity

WSP Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Buildings team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects in the Government sector, with a focus on Department of National Defence (DND) construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of project delivery through all lifecycle phases
  • Prepare proposals, project cost estimates, and schedules for construction and design projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, internal and external stakeholders, and quality
  • Coordinate the work of contractors, designers, and other suppliers
  • Resolve project issues through risk identification and mitigation
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or technologist certificate in engineering or architecture, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in Government-led projects with a focus on DND projects
  • Strategic, conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player
