Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Super 8 Castlegar. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operation.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
  • English language proficiency is required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
