Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operation
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
