Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Super 8 Castlegar. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
