Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
