Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cost control.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of food products and customer service.
