About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the room service team to provide exceptional service while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers receive service in line with established standards and protocols.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation in the department, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Promote effective communication and cooperation between departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular training sessions and meetings to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with staff training and development, providing guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in English and French (expert level) is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, as is a college diploma in hotel management or a related field.
