About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Operations Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our Front Desk, Guest Services, Spa, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and manage guest feedback, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with our Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes, as well as room assignments and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while maintaining high levels of quality and service.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
Requirements:
- College degree in a related field (Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Ability to lift, push, or pull loads up to 25kg.
