About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading firm in the industry and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a range of advisory assignments, including sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising, and assume responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on projects.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external, including accountability for the operational aspects of client engagement.
  • Conduct market and industry research, detailed financial analysis, and evaluate key drivers of financial performance.
  • Assist in the identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers, and/or investors/lenders.
  • Generate new business opportunities within the M&A and Capital Markets practice and the firm, developing long-term relationships and networks.
  • Mentor and develop junior-level team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA, CFA, or CBV designation.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in capital markets/corporate finance.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
  • Ability to travel, when necessary.
