Your Opportunity

Our Advisory team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team in Edmonton and Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a range of advisory assignments, including sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex advisory assignments, including financial analysis, market research, and due diligence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the firm
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, or corporate finance
  • Proven track record of success in leading complex advisory assignments and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
