About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Advisory team as a Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a range of advisory assignments, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex advisory projects, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling services to existing clients
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
