Drive Innovative Corporate Fundraising Strategies

As a key member of the ROME GROUP team, you will lead the charge in creating and executing dynamic annual and multi-year corporate fundraising strategies across the region. Your expertise will elevate donor engagement and maximize revenue growth while diversifying the donor base to ensure long-term success and sustainability.

Build and Grow High-Impact Corporate Partnerships

You will personally cultivate and manage a portfolio of major corporate donors, leading the region to exceed its annual revenue goals. Your ownership of both renewing existing partnerships and securing new revenue streams, especially during critical disaster response periods, will be crucial. You will craft compelling strategies for discovering, nurturing, and solidifying donor relationships, while ensuring world-class stewardship.

Accelerate Revenue Growth and Corporate Engagement

You will champion the development and execution of a robust growth plan targeting donors at the $5,000+ level. Your initiatives to increase recurring donations, focusing on high-potential corporations, will be key. You will collaborate with corporate leaders to enhance their brand, marketing, and employee engagement while aligning with the American Red Cross mission. Your leadership to the Philanthropy Committee will strengthen board involvement with corporate partners.

Forge Powerful New Partnerships

You will be the visionary behind cultivating fresh, strategic relationships that inspire deep connections with the American Red Cross mission. Your leadership of joint visits with donors and partners, and collaboration with regional and national colleagues, will unlock new fundraising opportunities that fuel the success of the region.

Champion Strategic Fundraising Campaigns

You will partner closely with the Chief Development Officer to execute cross-segment strategies and campaigns. As a senior leader, you will proactively drive key organizational decisions, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed and that all reporting requirements are met. You will leverage tools like Salesforce to keep donor records current and insightful.

Lead, Empower, and Inspire a High-Performing Team

You will provide visionary leadership to your team, setting bold goals and fostering a high-performance culture. You will hire, train, and mentor employees and volunteers, ensuring that your team consistently surpasses national and regional fundraising metrics. You will drive transformational change to elevate both individual and team performance.Lead Critical Disaster Relief Fundraising

You will step up as a strategic leader during times of crisis, crafting and executing innovative disaster relief fundraising strategies that rapidly respond to emerging needs and amplify donor impact.
