Regional Director of Development

At ROME GROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts. This key role will be responsible for planning and overseeing diverse fundraising initiatives, including individual, corporate, foundation, and organizational giving, to meet our annual and capital goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive fundraising efforts
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet fundraising goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
