Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Technician to join our team. In this role, you will receive training on the tools and equipment you will be working with. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with clients, understanding their equipment issues and providing effective troubleshooting solutions. This position requires travel to various sites, including private residences and community facilities.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and Repairing: You will quickly become adept at repairing wheelchairs and custom mobility devices, utilizing our software systems to assess and resolve issues.
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Your focus will be on providing a respectful, empathetic, and friendly experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Flexibility and Mobility: This role involves working 8-hour shifts and traveling to client locations, requiring adaptability to meet varying client needs.
Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in customer service and equipment assembly or repair is essential. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and power equipment is advantageous.
- Empathetic Approach: You should be able to navigate various situations with professionalism and compassion, prioritizing client comfort and urgency.
- Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary. You should also be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
