About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our clients' mobility devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair
    • Assess and troubleshoot issues with mobility devices
    • Repair manual and power mobility devices in clients' homes and/or in-store
    • Repair electrical systems within mobility devices
    • Program and set-up basic power and mobility equipment
    • Install and repair accessibility products and solutions in clients' homes
  • Deliver a Customer Experience
    • Provide outstanding customer service and support
    • Build trusting relationships with clients
    • Ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Be Flexible and Mobile
    • Travel to different sites and clients' homes within the region
Requirements
  • Experience working with mechanical equipment and appliances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Availability to work until 7PM and Saturdays
