About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing customized solutions to our clients seeking accessibility equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Solutions: Work closely with therapists to select the best-fit mobility device for clients, ensuring that Motion is the top choice for mobility devices in the Ottawa and surrounding area.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Expand your network and create new relationships with Therapists, Caregivers, Manufacturers, and other Healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences of clients with needs in the community to demonstrate products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant program (business, sales, marketing, etc.). Education in Kinesiology or Health Sciences is an asset.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience within the rehab mobility equipment industry, with a proven track record of in-person sales calls and product demonstrations.
  • Innovation: A problem solver with expertise in innovating new ways to meet customer needs, generating new leads, and building relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with a Customer Relationship Program (CRM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to people and build trust easily.
  • Additional Requirements: A valid G-class driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
