Job Title: Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our team at Figurr Architects Collective. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our projects, working closely with our team of architects and engineers to ensure that our designs are innovative, functional, and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and tender documents
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and implement design solutions
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior technicians and draftspersons
Requirements:
  • College diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
