About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing customized solutions to our clients seeking accessibility equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Solutions: Work closely with therapists to select the best-fit mobility device for clients, ensuring that Motion is the top choice for accessibility solutions in the region.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Expand your network and create new relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities to drive business growth.
  • Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to various locations, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences, to demonstrate products and services to clients and their teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant program, such as business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience within the rehab mobility equipment industry, with a proven track record of in-person sales calls and product demonstrations.
  • Innovation: Possess problem-solving skills and expertise in innovating new ways to meet customer needs, with a focus on generating new leads and building relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in a Customer Relationship Program (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid G-class driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
