Culinary Services Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of food quality and service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
The role involves working in a dynamic food service establishment where you may encounter various odours.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile food order summaries for the head chef.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and ensure proper delivery of food trolleys.
- Create and manage work schedules for the team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Experience RequirementsA minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
