**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to meet menu requirements.
  • Supervise and direct kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu items, specials, and buffets.
  • Ensure that kitchen standards are maintained at all times, including cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet menu requirements.
  • Monitor and control food costs, including inventory management and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the culinary team leader.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a culinary environment.
  • Culinary management diploma or red seal designation an asset.
  • Off-site catering experience an asset.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
