Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Strategic Leadership: Lead the engineering team with a clear vision, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  2. Oversee Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process using roll form, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  3. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and lead a highly skilled engineering team, with a focus on talent development, diversity, and inclusion.
  4. Define and Execute the Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends, and driving innovation and growth.

  • Strong Technical Background: A strong technical background, with expertise in software development, engineering, and technology.

  • Relevant Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, with relevant certifications and designations.
