Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at VP Protection Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in maintaining a secure environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate operations with various departments to ensure seamless security measures.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Oversee, organize, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Supervise both office and volunteer personnel.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
