Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on talent management and development.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, driving business performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs to execute the organization's talent strategy, including talent acquisition, IE&D, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
  • Provide coaching and development support to employees to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business results.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, organizational management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills and a successful track record of partnering with executives to deliver business results.
  • Experience with HR laws, requirements, and regulations for Canada is strongly preferred.
