About the Role

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Trade Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.

Build and Maintain Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers, to drive business growth and profitability.

Market Analysis and Research

Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Marketing and Promotions

Develop and execute marketing and promotions plans to drive business growth and profitability, including creating marketing materials, managing budgets, and tracking results.

Team Management

Manage and lead a team of trade development specialists to achieve business objectives, including setting goals, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a trade development or related role.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting and typing for extended periods, with occasional walking, bending, and reaching. Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime, and weekends.
