HR Strategic Partner

We are seeking a Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our dynamic Powersports division, where collaboration and professional growth are at the forefront of our mission.
This role serves as the primary liaison between the business and the HR function, acting as the main point of contact for all management levels and a secondary resource for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships, acting as a reliable advisor who can comprehend and influence business strategies and objectives, translating them into actionable people strategies aligned with the business.
- Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness and assist in resolving business challenges through analytical thinking, insightful questioning, and innovative solutions.
- Support teams in executing business transformation initiatives, including organizational design and change management.
- Collaborate with business leaders and Global Practices to develop and implement HR plans, programs, and tools that enhance organizational capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adopt a broader perspective, seek solutions, and effectively manage outcomes.
- Robust business acumen.
- Engaging leadership qualities, demonstrating courage, accountability, and ownership in both business and HR functions.
