About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our Powersports Group team. As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment that drives world-class professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with management levels and employees across the organization.
  • Develop and implement business-aligned people strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Coach leaders on their effectiveness and provide guidance on solving business problems.
  • Design and implement client-focused engagement and retention strategies.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and HR planning.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide strategic insights to drive business growth and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and influential skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Engaging leadership skills with the ability to drive results.
