Business Development Partner, Learning and Organizational Excellence

CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner, Learning and Organizational Excellence to join our Training and Organizational Development team. This is a temporary position lasting 10-12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Program Development: Contribute to the analysis, design, implementation, and coordination of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Leadership Program Content Revision: Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required.
- Leadership Development Program Planning: Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities and provide support to participants.
- Program Facilitation: Participate in the facilitation of focus groups or group activities related to programs and initiatives when required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role with experience in designing skills development programs.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive.
- Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills for training, classroom, or virtual discussions.
- Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
- Project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). English is required given the need to interact with CIMA+ offices across Canada.
- Depending on work location, the person may be required to travel to the Montreal and/or Laval offices when necessary.
