About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at My Beauty Concepts. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, including therapists and receptionists.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Operational Management
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa facilities.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of treatments and appointments to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all clients receive a warm and welcoming experience during their visit to the spa.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on spa operations, including financial performance and customer feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, training, and performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of spa operations and management principles.
