Job Title: Spa Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Soothing Harmony Healing Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule work and arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our spa facilities are always in top condition.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing a calm and professional response to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of our spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure our spa runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
