Spa Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at Soothing Harmony Healing Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for spa staff, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Reporting and Progress: Prepare and submit progress reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication with management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of spa staff, establishing work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and team player skills.
