Spa Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Soothing Harmony Healing Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, establish work schedules and procedures, and review progress reports.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our spa is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will work under pressure to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
