Position Overview

As a Spa Operations Supervisor at COMFY SPA LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our wellness facility. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Coordination: Organize and schedule maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the spa is always in top condition.
  • Quality Monitoring: Regularly assess service quality and production levels to uphold our reputation for excellence.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports and other relevant documentation to management.
  • Resource Management: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support spa operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa personnel, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Training: Educate staff on their roles, safety protocols, and company policies to foster a knowledgeable team.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish effective work schedules and procedures to optimize operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness environment.
