We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at COMFY SPA LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure our facilities are always in top condition.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
