The Spa Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the spa environment, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness setting.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to uphold the facility's standards.
- Ensure the seamless operation of all equipment and machinery.
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for daily operations.
- Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Supervise, organize, and schedule the activities of staff members.
- Provide training to employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Establish effective work schedules and operational procedures.
- Employment Type: Permanent
