Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work to uphold the quality of the facility.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the seamless operation of all computer systems and machinery used within the spa.
- Supply Management: Requisition or order essential materials, equipment, and supplies to support daily operations.
- Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members, ensuring effective workflow.
- Training and Development: Educate staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies to foster a knowledgeable team.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
