Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at King & Queen Spa Salon Studio Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our spa equipment and facilities.

Equipment and Machinery

They will ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are in good working order and that any issues are promptly addressed.

Inventory Management

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Problem-Solving

They will resolve any work-related problems that may arise and provide technical advice to staff as needed.

Staff Supervision

The Spa Supervisor will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, including reviewing their work and providing feedback.

Training and Development

They will train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and will establish work schedules and procedures as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

The Spa Supervisor will work a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
