About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at COMFY SPA LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that our spa meets the highest standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of our spa staff.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Newcomer Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations.
  • Visible Minority Support: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
