**Job Summary**

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Centre Operations Manager to lead our transportation maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the service department, personnel, and expenses to achieve defined business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage the truck and trailer technician teams, including productive team planning, communications, performance, and attendance.
  • Coach technicians to meet GoRight repair standards and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage customer issues and concerns.
  • Monitor internal scorecards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and ensure shop supplies inventories are available.
  • Assist with overseeing and managing the facility and grounds.
  • Maintain Corporate 6S standards in all areas.

**Requirements**

  • 310T License.
  • Minimum 5 years managerial/supervisory experience in a service centre environment.
  • Truck and Trailer parts knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer engagement service skills and experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong technical skills related to transportation.
