Our client, CB Canada, is in search of a skilled and committed professional to enhance their Wholesale Sales division as a Wholesale Account Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential sales leads
  • Explore and recognize growth prospects beyond initial customer acquisition, focusing on retention, cross-selling, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Establish and nurture effective business relationships with both existing and potential clients, fostering trust and confidence in the brand.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to assist them in achieving their objectives and securing their business.
  • Oversee and manage customer segment accounts, enhancing awareness of our products and services.
  • Facilitate new and repeat sales by delivering timely and professional technical and logistical information to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
  • Assess customer requirements and expectations to propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with internal teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to devise marketing strategies aimed at expanding the account base.
  • Provide timely and professional support for new and repeat sales to explore opportunities for revenue enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in a comparable role
  • Background in the Apparel Industry is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with B2B Ecommerce Platforms, particularly NuOrder, is a plus
  • Proven ability to cultivate customer relationships, establishing trust and credibility swiftly
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with professionalism at all organizational levels
  • Excellent technical aptitude and a strong capacity for learning
  • Effectively organizes tasks and information to meet specific objectives and deadlines
  • Demonstrates high energy levels and persistence in pursuing established goals
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary
