PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential sales leads
  • Explore and recognize opportunities for growth beyond initial customer acquisition, focusing on retention, cross-selling, and recovery strategies.
  • Establish and nurture effective business relationships with both existing and potential clients, fostering trust and confidence in our brand.
  • Comprehend customer needs and challenges to provide effective solutions that drive their success.
  • Oversee and enhance customer segment accounts, while promoting awareness of our products and services.
  • Facilitate new and repeat sales by delivering timely and professional technical and logistical support to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Assess customer requirements and expectations to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aimed at expanding the account base.
  • Provide ongoing technical and logistical support to enhance sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in a comparable position
  • Background in the Apparel Industry is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with B2B Ecommerce Platforms, particularly NuOrder, is beneficial
  • Proven ability to cultivate customer relationships, establishing trust and credibility swiftly
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and adaptability in learning
  • Ability to organize tasks and information effectively to meet deadlines
  • Exhibits high energy and determination in pursuing established objectives
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
