The role of a Restaurant Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight.

This position is based in an urban setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.

Financial Responsibilities

The budgetary responsibility for this role ranges from $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and determine the types of services to be provided while implementing effective operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Supervisory Duties

This role involves supervising a team of 11 to 15 individuals.

Proficiency in the following software is required:

Transportation and Travel

Public transportation options are readily available for commuting.

Work Conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience is necessary for this permanent position. The working language is English, with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week.
