Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 16-20 food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business demands.
  • Food Service Operations
    • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and exceed expectations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit budgets and cost estimates to inform business decisions.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of efficiency is essential.
