Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements as needed
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Skills and Qualifications
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
