Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Upkeep

  • Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and hallways
  • Prepare units for incoming residents
  • Manage work orders and conduct minor repairs in plumbing and electrical systems
  • Oversee general grounds maintenance

Tenant Engagement and Administrative Duties

  • Address tenant inquiries efficiently and promptly
  • Foster positive relationships with residents
  • Showcase available units to potential tenants
  • Collect and document rent payments
  • Serve necessary legal notices as required
  • Manage leasing of upcoming units and complete requisite paperwork

Safety and Security

  • Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times
  • Respond to emergencies in a professional manner
  • Maintain fire safety and winter maintenance logs

General Duties

  • Adhere to an 'on-call' schedule
  • Keep accurate inventory records
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
